Savencia contacted us in the first half of 2022 with an urgent requirement to find a Senior HR Manager to stabilise and lead the entire HR department for a client SSC with over 130 employees. The relationship between GoodCall and Savencia is based on a long-standing collaboration and many successful projects including recruitment for senior management positions.

Solution

As part of the project, we sought to recruit new staff who would be able to perform human resource management tasks.

Finding a sufficiently senior person with SSC and FMCG experience was a crucial aspect. At the same time, it was important to target a person from a turnover background appropriate to a shared service centre. In the meantime, the HR manager in Slovakia handled the account. The aim of the new HR manager was to streamline HR processes and take over the existing team, but at the same time ensure that all business requirements were handled quickly by internal HR. The whole process was complicated by the initial uncertainty caused by external foreign influences, which manifested itself in the willingness to change a large number of people on the labour market.

  • 100% focus on passive candidates for maximum market coverage
  • Created longlist with 108 candidates, phone screening with 67, 8 qualified
  • After 4 rounds of interviews, 2 candidates remained, 1 was hired
