GoodCall was founded in 2014, at a time when the job and recruitment market was stagnant. Although candidate behavior has changed drastically over the past 10 years, most recruiting techniques have remained the same.
We founded GoodCall to bring a new and fresh approach to recruitment. Our mission is to not only revitalize and develop the entire recruiting industry, but to help talent and companies connect with each other.
