GoodCall was founded to innovate outdated processes in recruitment. We focus on talent sourcing and engaging with passive candidates, all while leveraging modern technology. But it all starts with our employees, which is why we adhere to the "Put Employees First" concept.

Flexibility & Home Office
At GoodCall, you can tailor your working hours to your needs, we mainly track the work you do. We also provide part-time hours, which almost half of us take advantage of! We also work from our home office part of the week.

All GoodCallers have free access to all Recruitment Academy courses, including the RACS+R certification. In addition, we run a number of in-house training courses, have a GC Masters Academy and attend a number of union conferences.

We enjoy spending time together outside of work as well, which is why we organize regular FridayFive events, a Christmas party, and a company-wide team-building. Additionally, we have an internal Social Committee that designs events for us, such as a 'Best Potato Salad' competition, board game evenings and SWAP events.

We will usually get back to you within 48 hours and give you a short call to confirm the basic details and your interest.

Let’s meet
If you are still interested, we will hold our first face-to-face meeting. It can be online or in person, but we'll definitely get to know each other better. You'll probably meet our People Care Specialist, Zuzka, who will ask you some questions.

Getting to know the team
If you've made it through the first round, it's time to meet the team and possibly management. This can happen on the same day as your interview with People Care.

Try it out
Once you've impressed us with your talent and potential and can no longer imagine your life without GoodCall, we'll organise a short Demo Day where you can try out the work for yourself.
