As PMO LEAD you will be part of the global Finance team based in Trnava

What is it about?

Your primary responsibility within project management will be to ensure a clear understanding and provide documented evidence throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will be tasked with engaging and effectively managing all key stakeholders from a project management perspective, who are leading the implementation of the new Finance enablement strategy. Additionally, you will provide guidance to the broader organization on the implementation phases in alignment with project management methodologies, ensuring that established templates and methodologies are adhered to consistently.

As the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Driving systems and processes implementations, reviews and prioritizes the project plans with objective to stay on time and on budget, in line with the overall rollout strategy.

- Risk Management (assessment of downstream "unknowns" potentially jeopardizing global rollout strategy)

- Ensuring proper escalation management and provide clear guideline.

- Management of project plans (alignment globally and locally ensuring resource allocation fitting the rollout schedule)

- Maintenance of One Master comprehensive project plan (including system implementation, GBS, Process Implementation)

- Make sure the efficient cooperation of all streams (GPO, GBS, Change Management, ICT)

Who are we looking for?

- University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or Economics.

- Proficiency in English at C1 level is mandatory; additional languages are considered an advantage.

- 8+ years of professional experience in project management and controlling within an international corporate environment, including experience in managing global-scale projects with cross-functional integration.

- Strong PMO expertise, with proven experience in leading and implementing complex projects.

- Familiarity with Shared Services Center (SSC) ERP systems.

- Advanced Excel and database management skills.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to act with urgency and escalate when necessary.

- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to drive effective risk management practices.

- Proven experience in people management within a matrix organizational structure.
