Marelli is looking for a Reporting and Labor Cost Senior Specialist who will join the HR Reporting and Labor Cost Department. Is it you?
What is it about?
You will be focused on activities linked to all Groups Business Units at worldwide level and will monitor the HR budget, handling relations with both Finance and HR stakeholders.
What will be your daily tasks?
- Participating and supporting the business in the process definition and improvement, suggesting innovative ICT solutions within the HR systems landscape
- Ensure that the development, design, implementation, testing, and support of HR systems meet strategic business objectives
- Coordinating outsourcers and third-party vendors’ activities, also defining the SLA
- Ensuring planning, development, and maintenance of running information systems in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes/sub-processes
- Maintaining the 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks;
- Managing the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual vs forecast/budget);
- Preparing timely and accurately monthly Headcount and Personnel Cost reports (including bridge data analysis), providing structured feedback on main topics and trends;
- Proposing new insights in line with the most recent people analytics trends in addition to the most common ones (e.g. turnover, absence, overtime, vacations, etc.);
- Supporting the HR community on all the requests related to the HR systems landscape, Reporting, and Labour Cost processes;
- Supporting the team on new HR Initiatives projects
Who are we looking for?
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Strong attention to details, analytical ability and deadlines respect
- Good knowledge of the main HR systems (SAP, Success Factors…)
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
