What is it about?
How YOUR daily tasks will look like?
- Supplier and Material Master Data Management - processing of incoming requests
- Managing the flow of Purchase Orders Processing cycle
- Maintenance of current suppliers' database
- RFQ (Request For Quotation) Support Activities following applicable policies and alignment with BU/Commodity
- Processing of price change agreement
- Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations
- Communication with Divisions, Plants, Commodities Buyers or any related Purchasing Support Activities
- Liaise with Finance for any issues related to Purchasing Orders
- Ensure fulfillment of SLAs and KPIs
- Track performed activities in scope to produce relevant metrics and reports
- Support transition project, active participation in knowledge transfer training session
- Participate in team calls, meetings, training
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement position
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Logistics or any related field is an advantage
- Fluent in the English language
- Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
